Naomi Kim received her law degree at the Seattle University School of Law in 2002 and has since been an active member of the Washington State Bar Association as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Naomi's community activities include volunteering as a Board of Director at Columbia Legal Services, a non-profit law firm that protects and defends the legal and human rights of low income people, from 2010 to 2022; graduating from the Washington State Bar Association Leadership Institute Class of 2007; and being selected to attend the 2003 and 2011 Annual Overseas Korean Foundation Future Leaders Conferences in South Korea.

Naomi's skills including fluency in the Korean and English languages, and being a classically trained pianist and composer who has performed 3 times live on classical radio 98.1 KING FM.
