Escrow and Real Estate Transactions: close purchase and sale transactions for commercial businesses and real properties, including 1031 tax deferred exchanges, loan refinances, and split escrows involving separation of the sale of business and real property in the same transaction.

Estate Planning and Probate: prepare documents that will manage an individual's assets and/or care during his/her lifetime via a Trust, Power of Attorney for financial and medical purposes, Community Property Agreement, and/or Living Will (a.k.a. Health Care Directive); arrange for the disposal of an estate after death via a Last Will and Testament and/or Trust; and administer a deceased's Will or the estate of the deceased without a Will in probate.

Personal Injury: represent individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents to recover from the at-fault party, prepare demand letters, negotiate settlements, and arbitrate/litigate disputes.

Litigation: represent clients in filing for or defending against litigation, including contract and employment disputes, allegations of fraud, landlord-tenant disputes, failed real estate transactions, and claims for personal injuries.
